Xi Jinping laughs as Donald Trump shows him Joe Biden’s Autopen White House portrait

Xi Jinping has been caught laughing as Donald Trump showed him Joe Biden’s Autopen portrait in the White House.

The Chinese leader was clearly amused by the display, which replaces a traditional portrait of the 46th president with the device used to replicate signatures.

Margo Martin, special Assistant and communications advisor to President Trump, shared the clip.

The pair were observing the Presidential Walk of Fame in the White House, which catalogues each US leader in an opulent gold frame.

However, Mr Biden’s portrait is notably replaced in a jibe about his health concerns while in office.

Mr Trump always joked that his predecessor had to use an Autopen to sign.

President Trump drew attention to the picture, tapping his counterpart's arm.

Upon seeing the autopen picture, both President Xi and his delegation erupted in laughter.
