Meeting resident Robert, Mr Burnham was asked if he was the "local candidate".
The Prime Minister told Robert: "I was a local candidate, I had a by election a few weeks ago. But I'm now the Prime Minister."
Surprised by the revelation, Robert exclaimed: "What, a new one?! It changes every five minutes!"
