Mega dinghy carrying RECORD number of illegal migrants launched in attempt to cross English Channel
People smugglers have launched a "mega dinghy" from the French coast, carrying a record 150 illegal migrants, GB News can reveal.
The French lifeboat service has confirmed the migrant boat was launched in Bay of Somme around 6:30am.
It is the second day running that criminal gangs have launched a larger migrant boat, as they cram ever greater numbers on board and try to avoid police patrols further north along the French coast.
The lifeboat service released a statement this morning, detailing the extraordinary spectacle.
