Keir Starmer proscribes IRGC as a terrorist organisation under National Security Act

Sir Keir Starmer has proscribed Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organisation.

Labour has outlawed the group under the new National Security Act.

Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood said Britain had "identified activity linked to the IRGC involving threats to life and intimidation on UK soil".
