Michelle Dewberry said of the reaction: "When Jesy showed a video to the minister, apparently the minister was gobsmacked.
"But I think to myself, why are you, as a minister in Parliament, debating this issue when you haven't even availed yourself of the most basic, basic facts surrounding the issue? I found it so upsetting and so tragic."
