Donald Trump’s Border Chief warns Britain will NEVER solve its border crisis while 'right to family life' prevents removals

Donald Trump's border tsar has issued a stark warning to the Labour Government as Britain continues to battle its growing migrant crisis.

Sitting down in an exclusive GB News interview, Tom Homan told US Political Editor Tom Harwood that the UK will "never" solve the borer crisis unless "right to a family life" is removed.

Discussing the differences in legal processes between the US and the UK, Mr Homan said Mr Trump's administration is carrying out "record arrests and record deportations" across the country.

He told GB News: "There are over 100 nationwide injunctions. We got over 80,000 habeas cases that have been filed where judges made us release people.

"These are people we arrested, and now we have to go find again and deport.

"So between the class action lawsuits and and the nationwide injunctions, they're trying to slow us down. So in spite of all that, we have record numbers now."

Mr Homan argued that the Supreme Court is "better" than the UK courts in dealing with asylum cases, as the US courts would "ultimately side with the administration".

He said: "Unfortunately, we have a better Supreme Court. So a lot of times these cases get the Supreme Court, they get overturned. But that takes a lot of time.

"So I would say we got a better Supreme Court. But the radical judges, the liberal judges, it's all hands on deck right now pushing back against this administration."

The border chief warned that the UK will "never have a secure border" if it continues to allow asylum seekers the right to a family life.

Mr Homan argued: "That's why we have the most secure border in the history of this nation, and that's why you're not going to have a secure border.

"If you send a message to the whole world that you can enter a country legally. It's a crime, but don't worry about it - just have a child."

He told GB News that under UK legislation, illegal migrants who claim a right to a family life believe they are "immune" from being deported.

Mr Homan explained: "Just have a child and you're immune. Law means nothing, you get to stay forever.

"If that's the message you send the whole world. You're never going to fix this problem."

Explaining how the US courts are able to deport illegal migrants with children, Mr Homan explained that they can "take the children with them or leave them in the US".

He told GB News: "I've said many times, a lot of people always ask, why did you deport that person for 10 years and leave two US citizen children?

"I say, because you entered illegally, he had due process and a federal judge says he must go home. Now he has two US citizen kids, that's on him. He chose to have a child, so that's on him."

Mr Homan continued: "So we'll order the judge, ordered them to remove him, and he has a choice. It's parenting 101.

"You can take the child with you, or you can leave them another relative. But having a US citizen child does not make you immune from our laws."
