Donald Trump has been ordered to sit for deposition as his lawsuit against the BBC ramps up.
The US President is seeking damages following an episode of the BBC's investigative documentary, Panorama, about the US Capitol riots.
Earlier today, lawyers appeared in a hearing before US Magistrate Judge Enjolique Lett in Miami to address when Mr Trump will be available for deposition.
